  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Oil120 ml
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Nescau4 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Beat the carrots, sugar, eggs and oil in a blender.
  2. Place the flour in a bowl.
  3. Pour the blender mixture into the flour and beat very well with the help of a wooden spoon.
  4. Add the yeast and mix.
  5. Place in greased and floured shape and bake at medium temperature.
  6. Make a soft brigadeiro and pour over the cake when it is ready.
