- Sugar1/2 cup
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ice to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- For the caramel melt the sugar as soon as it turns golden add the butter and cream mix well and it's ready add a pinch of salt
- Beat the milk with ice in a blender, serve in a glass and finish with a very generous spoonful of Caramel
