- Whole milk powder400 g
- Sugar250 g
- Instant coffee50 g
- Chocolate powder5 tablespoon
- Baking soda1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Put half of the powdered milk and the instant coffee in the blender and blend until the coffee turns into a powder.
- Add the remaining milk, cinnamon and bicarbonate of soda and beat again, mixing well.
- Place in a large glass jar, add the sugar and shake the jar to mix everything together.
- Note: To prepare the cappuccino, just add the desired amount of powder to the water.
