- Vegetable oil120 ml
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Vanilla5 ml
- Apple2 unit(s)
- Half a lemon to taste
- Powdered sugar to taste
- Beat eggs with sugar and vegetable oil until white.
- Add the milk, vanilla and flour with the yeast. Shake well.
- Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces, drizzle them with lemon juice so they don't brown.
- Add apples to the resulting mixture.
- Grease the mold and sprinkle with flour. Pour the mixture.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
