- Brown sugar1/3 cup
- Honey1/3 cup
- Sunflower oil, corn or melted butter2/3 cup
- Cocoa powder1 cup
- warm milk1 cup
- Wheat flour2.5 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Clove powder1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger Powder1/2 teaspoon
- Grated nutmeg1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Baking powder1.5 tablespoon
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl (except yeast). Flour, cocoa powder, salt, spices, sugar.
- Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites
- heat the milk
- Combine the liquid ingredients with the dry ones. Yolks, oil, honey, warm milk. Mix well.
- Add half of the snow whites. Mix. And repeat with the other half. Now add the yeast and mix
- Place the dough in a mold with a wall in the middle greased with butter and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar, cocoa and cinnamon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Here is the suggestion according to the level of laziness x desire: SUPER PRACTICE: cake with a hole in the middle and frosting with honey and cinnamon (as I did) INDULGENT PRACTICE: cake with a hole in the middle and dulce de leche syrup (heat dulce de leche with cream mixture and it's ready) GOURMETIZING RAY: cake on a rectangular baking sheet, filled with dulce de leche and covered with chocolate syrup MASTERCHEF: cake on a rectangular baking sheet, filled with dulce de leche and frosting with noble chocolate.
