- Oat bran2 tablespoon
- Boiled Broccoli100 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Pepper1 to taste
- Cook the broccoli and chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl add the eggs, oat bran, salt and pepper to taste, broccoli and half the amount of grated cheese. Mix well and set aside
- Cut the rest of the cheese and cubes
- In a frying pan with a thread of oil or olive oil put 4 portions of the mixture
- While the portions are frying, add the cheese in cubes and a little more of the dough on top, covering the cheese.
- Flip the dough and let the other side fry.
- Then just taste
