  • Broccoli, finely chopped1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped onion3 tablespoon
  • Oil or olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Gluten-free flour (1 cup rice flour, 1/2 cup potato starch and 1/2 cup sweet flour)1 cup
  • Water (to the point) to taste
  • White sesame1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 dessert spoon
  1. In a pan put 1 tsp of olive oil and sauté the onion and broccoli.
  2. Transfer the sautéed to a container and mix with the 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the flour, the water, the sesame, the salt and finally the yeast.
  3. Shape the cookies and place in a greased shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
