- Recipe
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- 100% Cocoa Chocolate Powder4 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Milk chocolate of your choice50 g
- In a pan, add condensed milk, Heavy cream and 4 tablespoons of 100% cocoa chocolate powder
- Mix over low heat until smooth, once mixed, add the butter and continue stirring.
- After it starts to boil lightly, add the chocolate to the milk until it melts and mix well.
- When it reaches brigadeiro point, turn off the heat and that's it!
