- Italian or Portuguese bread in baguette1 unit(s)
- Brie Cheese100 g
- Apricot Jam6 tablespoon
- Roasted garlic to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Cut the baguettes into slices.
- Place the slices of bread on a tray, drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Place a slice of Brie cheese. Drizzle with a little more oil and put in the oven until the cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and spread 1 tablespoon of apricot jam and sprinkle with garlic.
- Serve it with a good wine.
- Roasted garlic makes all the difference in the flavor combination of this bruschetta!
