  • Firm Tofu300 g
  • Amaranth Flakes4 tablespoon
  • Chia seed4 tablespoon
  • Chicken egg1 g
  • Seasonings to taste
  1. Cut the firm tofu into slices one finger thick
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and seasonings and set aside.
  3. In a second bowl, mix the amaranth flakes with the chia seed and set aside.
  4. For breading, dip the tofu strips in the beaten and seasoned egg and then in the mixture of amaranth flakes with the chia seed.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180° and serve hot.
