  • Salt/ to taste
  • Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs1 cup
  • Oil for frying/ to taste
  • Stuffing/ l
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
  • Salt/ to taste
  • Chopped green parsley/ to taste
  • Sliced mozzarella cheese (1 and 1/2)1 cup
  1. For the stuffing, heat a pan with oil over medium heat and fry the onion and meat until golden. Add the tomato, salt, green smell and sauté for 3 minutes. Turn off, mix with the mozzarella and book.
  2. Steam the potatoes until they are soft. Squeeze the potatoes still hot into a bowl, add the butter, the egg yolks, the cornstarch, salt and mix.
  3. Let it cool, open portions of the dough in your hand, divide the stuffing between them and close, modeling flat acorns.
  4. Dip in beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and fry, little by little, in not-too-hot oil, until golden brown.
  5. Drain on a paper towel and serve immediately.
