BREADED ONION RING

Corte a cebola em rodelas, separe-as em grupo de três camadas, retire a camada do meio e coloque mussarela entre a primeira e segunda camada.

Cut the onion into rings, separate them into a group of three layers, remove the middle layer and put mozzarella between the first and second layer.

Passe os anéis no ovo, em seguida na farinha de trigo, no ovo novamente e na farinha de rosca, passa no ovo outra vez e mais uma vez na farinha de rosca.

Frite imersa em óleo não muito quente. Escorra no papel toalha e sirva com um bom molho.

Fry in not too hot oil. Drain on paper towels and serve with a nice sauce.
