  • Ground chicken500 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Onion cream1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Panco flour or breadcrumbs for breading2 cup
  • Milk or 2 (beaten) eggs for breading to taste
  • Oil for frying to taste
  1. Take the ground chicken breast, place it in a bowl and add the seasonings, the egg, the onion cream and a little Panco flour or breadcrumbs just to make the alloy.
  2. Done that, make balls of the dough with your hands and book.
  3. Separate the beaten eggs or milk into a bowl.
  4. In another bowl, place the Panco flour or breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip the balls in the egg and then in the flour.
  6. Heat the oil and fry.
  7. Serve with sauce of your choice.
