  3. The choice of sprinkle: The sour leaves the bread without cheese more expanded, with a crust. The candy is responsible for the dough, when we put too much it gets very heavy. So it's up to you, I think it's better to have it drier, so I almost don't use sweet sprinkles, but with this information you'll be able to adapt this recipe to your liking.
  4. Important: make small balls, with about 25g, as they grow a lot and when baking, give space between them.
