Bread with Egg and Cheese Crunch

•Corte o miolo do pão.
•Coloque em uma frigideira e no meio coloque a manteiga, ligue em fogo baixo, espere a manteiga derreter, despeje o ovo no meio e tampe.
•Retire a tampa e adicione o queijo em cima.
•Vire o pão e espere o queijo derreter para formar a crostinha (cuidado para não queimar). 🤩

•Cut the bread crumbs.
•Place in a frying pan and in the middle put the butter, turn on low heat, wait for the butter to melt, pour the egg in the middle and cover.
•Remove the lid and add the cheese on top.
•Turn the bread over and wait for the cheese to melt to form a crust (be careful not to burn it). 🤩
