- Bread to taste
- Tuscan sausage to taste
- Mozzarella to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Remove all the skin from the sausage then cut into mincemeat.
- Cut the chopped onion and brown it and add the chopped sausage
- Cut the top of the bread and fill with the braised sausage.
- Add mozzarella to taste and oregano
- Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or less until the cheese melts after which it's ready to enjoy.
