  • Alheira1 unit(s)
  • Spinach leaves150 g
  • Olive oil (thread) to taste
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic (clove) minced1 unit(s)
  • Apple1 unit(s)
  • Cream cheese100 g
  • Mozzarella cheese125 g
  • Chili pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for sprinkling to taste
  1. On the bread cut a lid and remove the brain, set aside.
  2. In a frying pan, place the olive oil, onion, garlic and let it sauté add the chopped alheira and the cubed apple mix until the first one falls apart and the second one is soft, then add the cream cheese and the spinach leaves stirring until they wilt. Add the mozzarella cheese until it melts.
  3. Stuff the bread with the paste and sprinkle with the parmesan. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes and then serve. Accompanied by green salad
