  • warm milk2 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Organic Dry Yeast1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. Start by dissolving the yeast in the milk. Then put the flour. In a bowl, make a well in the center and place the milk, oil and salt. Mix the liquid ingredients with the flour, mixing from the center outwards in a circular motion.
  2. When the dough is heavy Knead on a floured surface until smooth and compact.
  3. Shape into a loaf of bread and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Then divide the dough into two or three parts and open each one with a rolling pin.
  5. Spread tomato sauce, cheese, ham or the stuffing of your choice.
  6. After filling, sprinkle oregano and roll up like a rocambole.
  7. Make 2 or 3 cuts in the dough to prevent it from breaking, brush with beaten egg and bake for about 20 minutes (depending on the oven) or until golden.
