  • Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce2 tablespoon

  • Onion. Unit: 1/2.12 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  • Corn (optional) to taste
  1. Choose a pan that fits 5 slices of bread on the base (4 whole and 1 cut in half to complete the shape) and place them.
  2. Sprinkle the bread with milk seasoned with salt (wet it, but don't soak it).
  3. Spread the mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
  4. Add the cheese and ham (it’s nice to cut into strips)
  5. Cut the onion very thinly using a mandolin.
  6. Add the onion, tomato, corn and oregano.
  7. Add a new layer of bread, as on the base, and sprinkle with milk seasoned with salt.
  8. Bake at 180 degrees until the cheese melts and the base browns a little.
