Bate todos os ingredientes no liquidificador por 2 minutos, menos a farinha de trigo e o fermento, depois vá acrescentando aos poucos a farinha e por último o fermento. 
Coloque numa fôrma untada e enfarinhada e leve ao forno pré-aquecido 180° por 30 minutos até dourar.

Beat all the ingredients in the blender for 2 minutes, except the wheat flour and the baking soda, then gradually add the flour and finally the baking soda.
