  • Wheat flour 2 and1/2 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • warm milk1 cup
  • Organic Dry Yeast (10g sachet)1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, except wheat flour and salt. Be careful with the temperature of the milk, it can't be too hot or too cold.
  2. Pour all the beaten content in the blender into a bowl and mix the flour and salt gradually until smooth.
  3. Grease a loaf pan (traditional size) with flour and place the dough. Reserve in a small place for 30 min (it can be inside the microwave or oven, turned off, just to rest and grow).
  4. Bake in a low oven (180• ) for 30 min or until golden, it can vary according to each oven.
