Bati os ovos e a banana, o creme de leite e água, o xilitol  e na tigela misturei o mix de farinha e o fermento. 

I beat the eggs and the banana, the cream and water, the xylitol and in the bowl I mixed the flour mix and the yeast.

Assei por 30min a 180° vigiando o não queimar

I baked for 30min at 180°, making sure not to burn

Metade do tempo coberto com papel alumínio.

Half the time covered with aluminum foil.
