- Wheat flour1 kg
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- warm milk400 ml
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Organic yeast for bread1 unit(s)
- Mix the milk with the yeast, stir a little, add the ingredients and stir in between each one. Finally, mix in the wheat flour until it starts to unglue from your hands. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, open it and put it in the shape you want. Cut as in the photo and let it rise for 40 minutes depending on the region, until it doubles in size. Brush egg yolk. Bake until golden. I added condensed milk and coconut, but it's optional.
