- Half-cured cheese500 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Chopped fresh rosemary1/2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, grate the cheese. Mix the remaining ingredients and knead well. Make balls 3 cm in diameter.
- Heat enough oil for deep-frying and fry the balls, little by little, until golden. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve it hot.
- Tip: Taste the cheese and, if necessary, add salt to the recipe. You can replace the rosemary with another seasoning.
