Eggs2 unit(s)
Butter1/2 dessert spoon
Salt to taste
Light cottage cheese1 tablespoon
Thin slice avocado2 unit(s)
Rice Cracker2 unit(s)

Prepare the scrambled eggs. Heat a skillet and melt the butter. Add the eggs and stir constantly until they are cooked but not browned. Season with salt and add the cottage cheese. Mix well.
Heat the rice crackers until crispy.
Place an avocado slice and scrambled eggs on top. I sprinkle chia and flaxseeds!!!
It is delicious and very healthy!!!
