  • Panko flour, or breadcrumbs, for breading to taste
  1. Place the eggs in the boiling water. Take it off with 5 minutes and put it in a bowl with ice water. Peel as soon as you can, with the eggs still hot and place again in the ice water.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, adding the garlic, onion and pepper cut very small. knead well
  3. Take a portion of the meat, knead it well and put a boiled egg inside, closing the meat, completely enveloping the egg forming a meat ball.. Remove the excess meat, to leave the walls around the egg at the same thickness
  4. Dip the cake in the flour, beaten egg and panko flour.
  5. Fry in the not so hot oil, to give the meat time to lightly cook. Let it brown and serve while still hot.
