  • Raisins to taste
  1. Stuffing: Season the ground beef with your favorite seasonings, and add the girl's finger pepper and the raisin.

  4. To fry, heat a lot of oil and when it is very hot add the bolivianos and stir, when it is cooked remove from the pan, let the oil drain.
  5. Place the sugar and cinnamon in a vase and mix, pass the bolivianos in the sugar, and place on a paper towel.
