Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
Curd2 tablespoon
Mustard1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green parsley1 teaspoon

Chop the boiled eggs. Chop the onion. Mix with mayonnaise and curd. add salt and chili. Sprinkle the herbs on top. Ready!
