  • Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, first beat the eggs, milk, oil, butter, salt, and sugar. Then gradually add the wheat flour. I added 3 cups but usually 2 and a half cups is enough The ideal is to add little by little until you reach a homogeneous consistency. Finally add the baking powder and stir gently. Tip: It can be made with just butter or just with oil. My recipe I put a little of both to be fluffy and moist, since only the butter makes it fluffy but the cake gets drier. And the oil helps make it more moist. My cup measures 240 ml. Note: Sugar is 1 cup and a half Bake in a preheated oven at 180°
