- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oil of your choice1 cup
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Filling of your choice, as long as it is dry, without liquid to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender, except the wheat flour and the baking powder.
- In a bowl, add the sifted flour and gradually incorporate the blender mixture with a whisk, gently, so as not to leave the dough lumpy.
- When the dough is smooth, add the yeast and beat gently.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °.
- Grease a mold of your choice, and place half of the dough, the stuffing of your choice, (remembering that the lower the humidity, the better the final result of the pie), and cover with the rest of the dough.
- Finish with the ingredients of your choice, oregano, parmesan, paprika, pepper, etc. and bake until the pie is golden and you insert a toothpick it comes out clean (like cake)
