- Start by preparing the stuffing that you will use and set aside until you hit the dough. I'll leave it as a suggestion: 📌 Ham, cheese, carrots (grated), corn, olives, hearts of palm, tomato. 📌 ground beef with mozzarella and cream cheese 📌 Chicken with catupiry, mozzarella. 📌 Ground pepperoni, mozzarella, cottage cheese I like to use ground beef or chicken with cheddar/curd cheese and mozzarella) ♦️ Ground beef filling: I sauté the ground beef, season it with paprika, cayenne pepper and season everything. I put a little tomato sauce, corn and cheddar to make it very creamy. ♦️Chicken Stuffing: I cook a chicken breast with water, paprika and dehydrated seasonings. Shred and sauté using paprika, curry and Bahian seasoning. I put cheddar, corn and a little tomato sauce and mix until it's very creamy. In addition to these fillings you can still use vegetables, tuna or sardines.
- After the filling is ready, it's time to make the dough. For the dough, just beat the ingredients in the blender (yeast last) until smooth.
- Pour half of the dough in a greased and infarinhada shape, place the stuffing of your preference, the cottage cheese, mozzarella, cover with the rest of the dough and bake until golden.
