  1. Start by preparing the stuffing that you will use and set aside until you hit the dough.   2. After the filling is ready, it's time to make the dough. For the dough, just beat the ingredients in the blender (yeast last) until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the dough in a greased and infarinhada shape, place the stuffing of your preference, the cottage cheese, mozzarella, cover with the rest of the dough and bake until golden.
