- Bread Yeast1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour3 cup
- shredded mozzarella cheese250 g
- Pepperoni (cut into slices)2 unit(s)

- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Oregano50 g
- Onions (sliced)1 unit(s)
- In the planetary mixer, place the warm water, oil, sugar, salt, bread yeast and beat for 5 minutes.
- In a plastic bowl add the liquid beaten in the planetary mixer adding the wheat flour and knead in your hand for 10 minutes until the dough is fluffy and missing from your hands.
- With a rolling pin roll out the dough
- Grease a shape with oil and place the dough open for 5 minutes in a low oven at 160 degrees to pre-bake.
- After, pass the sauce ready, put slices of sliced pepperoni, onion, olive, add some grated cheese on top of the dough and a little oregano and take it to the oven for 10 minutes until it melts and is ready.
