  • teaspoon of olive oil1 teaspoon
  • Eggs5 unit(s)
  • tablespoons oil3 tablespoon
  • level tablespoons of wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon
  • spoon (coffee) of crushed garlic1 coffee spoon
  • cup (tea) diced ham1 teaspoon
  • chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
  • cup (tea) sliced green olives1/2 cup
  • Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste0 to taste
  1. In a non-stick skillet, add the oil and set aside. In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, flour, parmesan and garlic until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl, add the ham, tomato, olives, salt, pepper, parsley and mix.
  3. Place the skillet over medium heat and pour in half of the mixture, browning on both sides. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the dough and serve.
