- Lemon Juice | 1/2 cup100 ml
- Milk | 1/2 cup100 ml
- Sugar | 1 1/2 cup270 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Wheat Flour | 2 1/2 cups400 g
- Baking Powder | 1 tablespoon15 g
- Lemon zest1 to taste
- Icing sugar for icing | 1 1/2 cup of tea240 g
- Lemon juice40 ml
- Lemon zest1 to taste
- In the blender add the eggs, lemon juice, oil, milk and sugar and beat well.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the wheat flour, salt, lemon zest and mix well. Add the baking powder and stir until incorporated.
- Transfer the dough to a greased and infarinhada shape with a hole in the middle and take it to the preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes or until doing the toothpick test it comes out dry.
- Wait for the cake to cool and unmold.
- To prepare the topping, gradually add the lemon juice to the icing sugar until it becomes a thick cream. Cover the cake with the icing and decorate with lemon zest.
