- Organic Yeast (1 bag)10 mg
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Beat the eggs, milk, oil and yeast in a blender.
- In a bowl place the flour, sugar, salt and mix well.
- Add the ingredients beaten in the blender to the bowl and mix well (the dough becomes soft like cake dough)
- Place a cloth covering the bowl well and let the dough rest until it doubles in volume (I leave it in the oven off)
- After the dough rises, place it in a greased shape and light to bake for approximately 35 minutes.
