Wheat flour1 cup
Sugar2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Eggs3 unit(s)
Big apples3 unit(s)
Vegetable oil1 cup

Grease and sprinkle with flour a medium tray (23x35), or a shape with a hole in the middle.
In a large bowl, sift the flour and sugar. Add the other dry ingredients. Reserve.
Peel the apples, reserving the skins. Chop into cubes.
Beat the eggs, oil and apple peels in a blender.
Add this mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix gently.
Add the chopped apples, mix and pour into the baking dish.
Bake about 40 to 50 minutes in medium oven.
Once ready, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
