Big apple3 unit(s)
Soybean oil3/4 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Sugar1 cup
Baking powder2 tablespoon
medium lemon1 unit(s)
Eggs3 unit(s)

Cut 1 apple into pieces (with skin) and place in a blender.
Peel the other two apples. Place the peels in the blender and the pulp cut into cubes, place in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Reserve.
In the blender, add the eggs, sugar, oil and beat well.
In a bowl, sift the flour and yeast. Pour the mixture out of the blender and mix well. Add the apple cubes and mix again.
Pour the dough into a greased and sprinkled with wheat flour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 35-40 minutes.
If desired, sift granulated sugar over the cake after baking. (Optional)
