- Recipe
- Fresh or frozen blackberries2 cup
- condensed milk2 tablespoon
- Flour3 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt to taste
- ice cream to taste
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- In a baking dish line with the blackberries, squeeze the lemon and condensed milk mix everything well
- Mix the flour with the butter, the sugar and the pinch of salt until it forms a farofinha (handle it and if you feel the need to add more flour or more butter you can add it) the point is when it forms a farofa that is not too dry nor too sticky
- Place this farofinha on top of the blackberries and take it to the preheated oven for 20 min or until the farofa is golden and crispy.
- serve with ice cream
