  • Black rice flour2 cup
  • Chestnut milk1 cup
  • Free-range egg3 unit(s)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Pepper and other spices to taste
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Sift the flour and mix with milk (room temperature); You can use regular milk and even water. Mix the oil and salt and the other seasonings (I put oregano and black pepper)
  2. Mix the ingredients well. It can be done by hand in a bowl. Or if you prefer in the mixer or blender.
  3. Finally add the yeast and mix well.
  4. In a greased shape with rice flour and butter, pour the dough (no need to let it rest) and bake for 45 minutes on low heat at 180 degrees preheated.
  5. Check the bread occasionally to see if the top is crispy. Temperatures and ovens may vary the baking time.
