- Rice Flour (home made)1 cup
- Corn Starch (Maisena)1 cup
- Sour cream7 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Margarine or butter2 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast (Royal)1 dessert spoon
- Pizza Sauce Filling (sachet)1 unit(s)
- Green Corn Stuffing (can)300 g
- Mozzarella Cheese Filling150 g
- Onion stuffing (cut into slices)1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour, 1/2 cup of cornstarch, salt and sugar.
- Add the egg, cream and margarine.
- Using your fingertips, mix the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Add the rest of the cornstarch to the dough until you get the point, I don't stick the dough by hand it's at the right point.
- Homogeneous mass add the chemical yeast and mix until any trace of the yeast disappears.
- Let the dough rest for half an hour.
- Grease a pizza pan with margarine.
- Open the dough in the shape with your hands, spread it well and with the help of a fork make holes.
- Bake the dough at a low temperature of 150 to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Stuff to taste, but you have to have a very moist sauce, because this dough is very dry as if it were a biscuit. (I used ready-made pizza sauce).
- After stuffing, increase the temperature and bake until the cheese is lightly toasted.
- This pizza is just like a very dry cookie, the dough only has stuffing, it's very tasty. Hope you like it 😋
