- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Gorgonzola50 g
- Grated Parmesan30 g
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- In a container place the cheeses the wheat flour the yolk is the salt
- Mix well until the dough is homogeneous.
- Roll up the cookies and place in cling film.
- Refrigerate for an hour
- Pre heat the oven for 15 minutes
