- Fresh Basil Leaf to taste
- Black Olives2 unit(s)
- shredded mozzarella cheese to taste
- Chopped Blumenau Sausage1/2 cup
- Red onion cut into half moons1/3 cup
- In a skillet, sauté the sausage until it releases the fat.
- Drain 90% of the fat and add the onion. Saute until wilted. Reserve.
- Fill a flatbread with the sausage, cheese, tomato and basil stew.
- Cover with the other bread and cut in half. Insert a wooden skewer into each piece, then insert the olive into the skewer. Serve immediately.
