  • Fresh Basil Leaf to taste
  • Black Olives2 unit(s)
  • shredded mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Chopped Blumenau Sausage1/2 cup
  • Red onion cut into half moons1/3 cup
  1. In a skillet, sauté the sausage until it releases the fat.
  2. Drain 90% of the fat and add the onion. Saute until wilted. Reserve.
  3. Fill a flatbread with the sausage, cheese, tomato and basil stew.
  4. Cover with the other bread and cut in half. Insert a wooden skewer into each piece, then insert the olive into the skewer. Serve immediately.
