Method of preparation PASTA In a blender, beat the beans. In a pan, sauté garlic and onion in olive oil. Pour in the beaten beans, season with salt to taste, leave it on a medium heat, when it starts to boil, add the flours to the parsley and stir until it comes away from the bottom of the pan. Cover with cling film and set aside.
FILLING In a skillet, brown the garlic and onion in olive oil. Add the cabbage (optional) and the dried meat, add the black pepper and the saffron, finishing with the green smell and the chives. Sauté for a minute and turn off the heat.
ASSEMBLY Assemble the dumplings, filling a portion of the dried meat. Make balls or croquettes. Dip the dumplings in the egg whites and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil Serve with sauce of your choice
