- 1/2 tablespoon of dry yeast5 g
- 1 teaspoon of sugar15 g
- 1 teaspoon of salt6 g
- 1/4 cup oil50 ml
- 1 cup of warm water200 ml
- Egg1 unit(s)
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour350 g
- Chopped ham150 g
- grated mozzarella cheese200 g
- Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese100 g
- Oregano to taste
- In a container, place the ham, cheese, tomato, oregano, cottage cheese and mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Reserve.
- For the dough, in a bowl add the yeast, warm water and mix to dissolve the yeast.
- Add the egg, oil, salt, sugar and mix.
- Add the wheat gradually while stirring, transfer the dough to a bench and knead until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Divide the dough into 12 portions, open in the shape of a disk, put some of the stuffing and close forming balls.
- Arrange the rolls in a greased shape, cover with a cloth or plastic and let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with oregano and bake for 35 minutes or until lightly golden. Help yourself.
