  • Warm water480 ml
  • Oil120 ml
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Package Dry Organic Yeast2 unit(s)
  • Unleavened Wheat Flour1 kg
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  • Sesame and Oregano to taste
  1. Mix sugar, oil, warm water and yeast in a bowl until dissolved.
  2. Add the salt and wheat flour little by little until you get a good dough to start sipping.
  3. Sip the dough for about 10 mins until it is soft and smooth. Then just let it rest for 30 mins.
  4. Stuffing you can put whatever you want, it can be cheese and ham, chicken with catupiry, pepperoni is at your discretion.
  5. After the dough rests, open it, put the stuffing and roll it up, then cut the pieces with a knife and put it in a greased shape.
  6. Brush the top with egg yolk, sprinkle with oregano and sesame.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 25 mins or until golden.
  8. A delicious and easy snack to make!
