- Well chilled whole milk300 ml
- Ice cubes to taste
- Soluble coffee1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg pinch to taste
- Cinnamon Powder1/2 coffee spoon
- Sugar if you prefer to taste
- Before preparing your Smoothie, cut the bananas into slices and freeze
- Then mix all the ingredients in the blender.
- Yields almost 500 mls after ready. It is full-bodied, cold and refreshing.
- Suggestion: you can replace milk of animal origin with others such as soy or oat milk.
