Banana's muffins

Misturar tudo primeiro (menos o doce de leite ou geleia e o açucar a gosto) é por último integrar a farinha

Mix everything first (except the dulce de leche or jelly and the sugar to taste) and finally integrate the flour

Jogar a mistura em forminhas de muffins untadas. Acrescentar uma colherzinha de doce de leite no centro (vai descer sozinho) e polvilhar com açúcar para formar essa casquinha por arriba.

Pour the mixture into greased muffin tins. Add a spoonful of dulce de leche in the center (it will go down on its own) and sprinkle with sugar to form this crust on top.

Levar ao forno preaquecido 180° por 20 minutinhos.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
