Banana's muffins

Bata os ovos com óleo em uma tigela e reserva. 

Beat the eggs with oil in a bowl and set aside.

Em outra travessa misture os ingredientes secos: a farinha de trigo, o açúcar, o bicarbonato, o fermento em pó e o sal, vá adicionando a mistura de ovos à farinha aos poucos (irá ficar uma massa bem pastosa). 

In another dish, mix the dry ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, bicarbonate, baking powder and salt, gradually add the egg mixture to the flour (it will be a very pasty dough).

Depois junte as bananas amassadas e mexa, unte uma forma e coloque  a massa por cima da massa coloque rodelas de banana sobre elas, polvilhe açúcar mascavo por cima do muffins antes de assar.

Then add the mashed bananas and stir, grease a pan and place the dough on top of the dough, place banana slices on them, sprinkle brown sugar over the muffins before baking.
