- wheat flour1.1/2 cup
- refined sugar1/3 cup
- sodium bicarbonate1/2 teaspoon
- baking powder1 teaspoon
- salt1/2 teaspoon
- Brown sugar for sprinkling0 to taste
- Preheat the oven to 200°.
- Mash the bananas.
- Beat the eggs with oil in a bowl and set aside.
- In another dish, mix the dry ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, bicarbonate, baking powder and salt, gradually add the egg mixture to the flour (it will be a very pasty dough).
- Then add the mashed bananas and stir, grease a pan and place the dough on top of the dough, place banana slices on them, sprinkle brown sugar over the muffins before baking.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
