- Oil for frying250 ml
- First take the pastry dough, I like to buy the round tray, remove the plastic that comes with it.
- Take the banana and divide it into two whole parts, and place it on the pastry dough.
- Fold the pieces of pastry dough over the banana, as in the image above.
- Cut in half and fry in hot oil.
- After frying, place on a platter with a napkin, let the oil drain and roll in sugar and cinnamon. Enjoy your food.
